Mok Nani’s Kitchen, also known as MNKitchen, is a halal catering business based in Wangsa Baiduri, Subang Jaya. We prepare Malaysian and Western buffet trays and bento boxes for corporate functions, office meals, festive gatherings and private celebrations in Subang Jaya and selected areas of Selangor.
Founded in 2019 by Chef Mok Nani and Pok Nassir Rogers, Mok Nani’s Kitchen brings together the traditional flavours of Malaysia’s East Coast and Thailand with familiar Western favourites.
Originally from Terengganu, Chef Mok Nani brings years of experience preparing traditional Malay and Thai dishes. Pok Nassir contributes inspiration from Australian and Western food traditions. Together, they developed a halal catering service centred on carefully prepared food, generous portions and responsive customer support.
We prepare Malaysian and Western dishes, cakes and desserts for buffet-tray catering, individually packed bento meals and selected one-day specials. Lunch and dinner orders are available daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, subject to advance notice and availability. Customers may arrange delivery to selected locations or self-pickup from Wangsa Baiduri.
Our kitchen is organised for the preparation and packing of buffet trays and individually packed bento meals. Each order is planned according to the selected dishes, quantities, serving format and collection or delivery schedule.
We select quality ingredients and use reverse-osmosis water in the cakes and meals we prepare. Every order is cooked, packed and handled with attention to consistency, portion size and presentation.
We aim to make catering straightforward through responsive communication, clear quotations, careful food preparation, practical packaging and dependable delivery or self-pickup arrangements.
